...who is the world's greatest athlete?
Here's one of my favorite vids of the stud in action winning olympic gold in Athens. He has every gold medal available to the sport (including the world record) and has been among the best in the world for 12 years straight. At 33 years old, he is only just beginning to show signs of fading.
(p.s.: Track and Field took 3 of the top ten spots for the greatest athletes in the world ;)

In other news, I just finished building my new ride for the summer. I took my old, wrecked cyclocross racing bike (crazy sport) and my nice, carbon road bike and blended the two together. I decided to simplify the ride and make it a single-speed, which should be interesting. I took it for a test ride last night and the thing is smokin'.
This will make for some great crosstraining this summer. I just hope I can keep myself away from the races... always tempting.

I was just searching your name online and found this awesome blog. Steph and I(Micah) just wanted to say hello cause we havent got to talk to you guys in awhile.

Totally and absolutely and completely agree!!!;)...He´s the man :D He is sooo my favourite. I had a poster off him when I was younger..haha! (me and my friend had a crush on him ;))
And nice, it says alot about our sport since 3 out of top 10 are track athletes :)

Anyway..all is good over here in Iceland. I am competing this weekend like a maniac but I get a break after this so it´s all good.
