A lovely visit from my dear friend Kendra Flory! We went to high school together & I haven't seen her in almost 6 years. It was such a treat!!! Thank you so much Kendra for making it out here, it was such a refreshing pleasure hanging out with you.
We enjoyed dinner and live music at the Prado Restaurant in Balboa Park.
The night after visiting with Kendra, I hopped on a train to head up to Santa Barbara to meet up with my dear friends Heather & Seth Stimson. They flew into Santa Barbara for a cousins wedding & I decided to take advantage of them being on the west coast!!
This is me falling asleep during the Jewish Shabbat dinner. Sweetest hostesses in the world...Seths aunt & uncle, Mort & Carolyn let us join them for their Friday family meal. However, when the clock struck 12:30am, I could not longer keep my eyeballs open.
The wedding took place in the beautiful wine country of Paso Robles, CAI enjoyed riding the 4 wheelers while Seth & Heather spent their time pushing theirs :)
Seth's aunt & uncle own a winery called "Whalebone"
This is Heather & I in the back cellar of the tasting room. While guests enjoyed tasting their wine, I had my fill of chocolate, cheese & crackers ;)
And look...you can see our baby boy making his big debut.
Not only is there wine tasting in Paso Robles, but there's also olive oil tasting!!
