On the road again

Jonathan here. I just finished the most travel-full month of my life. Starting with the decathlon in Texas, things have yet to slow down:
*Dallas, Tx, 3 days, decathlon
*Kansas City, Mo, 1 day, family
*Portland, Or, 3 days, decathlon (attempt)
*Las Vegas, Nv, 3 days, chaperon to a couple 13 year olds (with Sandy)
*Eugene, Or, 4 days, spectating Olympic trials (awesome experience!)
*Santa Monica, Ca, 1 day, business with bro
*Julian, Ca., 2 days, mountain town vacation with brother and Sandy
*Chino, Ca., 2 days, coaching high school decathlete (with Sandy)
*this week will be hosting Seth and Heather Stimson
and next week will be,
*Sonoma, Ca., 3 days, vehicle delivery for Sandy's boss (with Sandy)
It looks as though the rest of the summer will be spent giving personal coaching time to high school track/football athletes, toying with athletic modeling a little more, and possibly pursuing some other business ideas. I will continue to heal up from all the hard training and competing this year, but will stay in shape. Sandy and I have decided neither one of us are at all ready to throw in the towel with professional athletics. We are going to take it one year at a time, and have some definite, honest goals for the 2009 competitive track season. More to come on this later.
Here a some pics from the past month:
My hometown junior high rival, Matt Tegenkamp prepping for the 5k at Olympic trials
Matt came in 2nd and is now an Olympian!
Awesome job Matt, congratulations!

I have no idea why my mom gets nervous when Jeremy and I go on trips together.

Hmmm...would it be that you do things you ought not to be doing?!?!?! :?)

Um...HI.

I was just wondering how things are going with your training and life and whatnot...so I googled you. Glad you're so easy to track down these days :)

Glad to see things are progressing. Best wishes.
