This is a 2 min. clip of a 7 hour competition on the first day; including 100m, long jump, shot put, high jump, and 400m. Sorry for the sub-par quality.
A big thank you to my family and local friends for coming out and supporting me. Also a HUGE thanks to my chiropractor, Dr. Matt, for driving two hours (one way) and trying to resurrect me on the second day. That guy keeps me from falling apart every week and is continually giving of his time, faith, and resources.
